By replicating extreme conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and oxidative atmosphere, the machine accelerates the natural aging process, enabling us to predict material degradation, mechanical fatigue, and appearance changes in a short period.
This test is especially critical for products made with eco-friendly foam, TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber), TPU, and soft plastics—materials commonly used in chew balls, flying discs, rope-interactive toys, and squeaky toys. These toys are often subjected to outdoor environments, UV exposure, and long storage cycles, which can impact their performance, safety, and visual appeal.
Through precise programming of temperature and humidity curves, our technicians can simulate months or even years of wear within 48 to 96 hours. The test evaluates:
Thermal and oxidative degradation of internal and external materials
Color fading, brittleness, cracking, and hardening of surfaces
Elasticity loss, structural warping, or softening under stress
Odor changes or chemical emissions in confined storage
